The Social Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities (SRCPD) is designed to provide comprehensive rehabilitation for working-age individuals with disabilities aged 18 and older, as well as their families, on an outpatient basis. The facility is a 1-to-4-story structure with a basement level, featuring floor heights of 3.6 m for levels 1−4 and 2.3−2.8 m for the basement. It consists of two 4-story buildings linked by a 3-story section that houses a swimming pool (depth: 1.2−1.45 m) and a gym. The basement accommodates technical facilities, including utility systems, a boiler room, and an electrical switchboard.
The first 4-story block includes reception and consultation departments, a lobby, a cloakroom, a registration desk, an archive, a library, and administrative offices. The second block contains an auditorium, six day care rooms, each accommodating three people, a vocational rehabilitation department, dining facilities, and temporary accommodation. The building is equipped with elevators (1,000 kg load capacity), emergency staircases, ramps, and full wheelchair accessibility.
The structure is built with monolithic reinforced concrete and features ventilated facades clad in porcelain stoneware. The roof above the pool area is designed as a functional rooftop with paving slabs and a lawn.
