The aparthotel consists of 28 standard two-story units, each containing two apartments, and eight larger single-story units. To provide all guests with sea views, the complex was designed with tiered levels: the two-story units are situated on the upper level, while the single-story units occupy the lower level. At the heart of the complex, there is a swimming pool with an open-air bar, easily accessible from every apartment.
